Anna Constantine    


Anna is a therapist and clinical supervisor. Her open minded, sensitive approach to the therapeutic relationship provides a calm, safe space to explore personal difficulties and assist the understanding of troubled feelings, heal and grow.

Providing clients with a high quality therapeutic service, Anna is personally accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy   This means that her practice meets a high standard for a competent, ethical, independent practitioner.   She is also a general member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT) and a BUPA recognised therapist.   

Anna uses an integrative approach to therapy, grounded in psychotherapeutic theory and research.   Interventions are always tailored to the client's unique needs with a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, facilitating new ways of thinking and new insights.

She holds postgraduate qualifications in counselling and clinical supervision and a MA in counselling studies, all awarded at distinction level.  She has worked with a variety of organisations, including NHS primary care. Anna has also trained with the RELATE Institute and is currently undertaking a PhD research study with the University of Chester.
